This jargon-free beginners session will help you understand your digital or film SLR camera and will give you the confidence to move off the auto settings to take control and create beautiful pictures. A wedding and portrait photographer by trade, Andrew will start by explaining how the various camera settings influence the final picture, so that by the end of the session you will have been shown all the elements for capturing great images.
It’s a creative, hands-on session, with some time spent in the garden taking pictures, so guests are requested to bring their own cameras. After the session, head into our Michelin-starred restaurant for a two-course lunch with a glass of wine, with plenty of time to ask Andrew questions. This workshop is aimed at those new to photography and those looking to refresh basic skills.
